Welcome.

Reaching out for support or speaking with a counsellor for the first time can feel overwhelming.
My approach is warm and empathetic, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable. I am also happy to discuss what counselling means to you and
explore how I can best support your comfort throughout our sessions.

Your counselling journey.

This is your journey, and I want to understand your hopes, expectations, needs, and preferences so that I can tailor the counselling experience to suit you. My training is integrative,
enabling me to draw from various therapeutic approaches to find the most effective way to support each individual.

Experience and specialties.

I have extensive experience in counselling survivors of trauma, particularly adults who have experienced sexual violence, whether in childhood or adulthood. In addition, I have a professional background working with survivors of domestic abuse and in services supporting individuals living with HIV. While I specialise in these areas, I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns and experiences.

Sessions and availability.

I offer counselling sessions online, by telephone, or in person in Peckham. Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place weekly at a consistent time. I am flexible and open to discussing different scheduling needs where necessary.

Getting started.

If you are considering counselling, I offer a complimentary telephone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and determine if I am the right counsellor to support you before booking your first session.
